Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of the personal data that AI Assistant processes in connection with your conversation with a business on Instagram or Messenger.
How to submit a request
Send an email to volodymyr.founder@aiassistant.com.ua with the subject “Data Deletion” and include:
- the platform where the conversation took place (Instagram or Facebook Messenger);
- your nickname or profile name used in the conversation;
- if possible — the name of the business (page/account) you messaged.
This information is needed to find and accurately identify your data. We do not require any additional documents (such as a passport).
What happens next. We will process the request without undue delay and at the latest within one month delete or anonymise the personal data stored in the Service, and confirm this in our reply. If the controller of your data is the business you messaged, we will coordinate the deletion with it as its processor.
If you are a business Client and want to delete your account data or all conversation data of your business, write to the same address.
What will be deleted
The content of your messages, conversation identifiers and metadata, as well as appointment/booking data stored on the Service’s side. Certain data may be kept longer: security logs — for no longer than 12 months, and data the law requires us to keep (for example, accounting records) — for the legally required period; in that case it is not used for any other purpose. Please note: copies of the conversation stored directly in your Instagram/Facebook accounts or in the business’s systems are governed by the policies of Meta and that business respectively.
